Aligned right side stabilator to bulkhead after determining the bolt head from the forward spar root rib attachment was preventing 1/8" of the spar attachment from centering. Used a 1/2" sanding drum to rmove material from bulkhead/skin allowing full movement of the spar attachment fitting.
