Brief Description: Clips, Ruddervator Drive Plate

Completed four parts fabricated 2" angle. Used a bench vise to open the 90 degree angle. Opened angle to approximately 100 degrees , relaxed to 95.3 degrees. Drilled, deburred, Cleco'd drive plate and root rib. Deburring and fininshing the edge with a Scotch-Brite wheel as demonstrated in this EAA video. Bend the starboard drive plate up rather than down even though I had it clearly marked. working too late in the evening resulting in a $16 mistake to replace the part. Time to quit. Ordered replacement drive plate. Backordered for a couple weeks.
