Brief Description: Fit taper pin to tailwheel socket
Leveled aircraft port-starboard with a bottle jack. Used a magnetic level on the tailwheel socket to maintain horizontal alignment. Used a #1 S&J taper reamer to open tailwheel socket. Used an air drill and 13/64" bit to adjust location of hole in the opposite end, accounting for the through line of the pre-existing hole. Followed with reamer to get a fit. Will likely either close the excess hole in the tailwheel neck with a weld, or braze a washer to the port side.
