Removed a nutplate that was misaligned, preventing all four mouting screws on the Power conditioner from engaging. Removed one nutplate and reinstalled a floating nutplate. Cleaned machinist bluing (won't use that again) from the panel. Sketched another layout on the panel with blue ulta-fine Sharpie.
