Used an extended length number 32 drill bit to drill port cylinder heads inboard of spark plugs. Attached spring-loaded drill stop to bit allowing 9/16" depth. Held vacuum near bit to capture chips. Used Sonex Aircraft supplied #6 x 1/2" self-tapping screw to secure thermocouple eyes to cylnder head.
