Tested hinge fit with aileron. Relatively smooth hinge pin insertion. Will attempt to weld hinge pin sections to make a single pin that can be inserted and removed. Deburred hinge and upper aileron spar. Updrilled lower hinge spar to #30. Deburred and riveted with CPP-42 rivets.
