Brief Description:  Check Alignment

A quick check of toe-in alignment check of port side using horizontal projection from wheel pant mount.
1. Establised centerline projection using a string line from tailwheel mount and plumb bob from center motor mount.
2. Stretched safety wire between TOB axle hubs to set wheel track line.
3. Set 10' length of Unistrut parallel to wheel track at 20' (240").
4. Used plumb bob to establish zero centerline on ruler set on Unistrut.
5. Set laser level on starboard wheel pant mount.
6. Found projected distance from wheel pant by finding maximum laser light intensity on plumb bob string. Distance from centerline measured 18-3/8" (18.35)
7. atan(((64.5/2)-18.35")/240"))) = 3.3* degrees

*Requires an assistance to hold angle in position against wheel pant mount.
