Layout fiberglass wheel pant cutouts for attachment to wheelpant mount. Centered TOB axle at 11" behind front ede of wheelpant. Screwed wp mount to fiberglas with two holes aligning mount with bottom of wp cutout. Used a light indside the wp to layout a 2-1/2" hole to clear the TOB anti-rotation flange.
