Brief Description: Fuel Tank Leak Detection and Correction
With a 50/50 mix of Dawn dishwashing soap and water, spayed all fittings and joints. Found immediate leaks on an AN3 plug which was stopped with firm tightening. The major concern was for leaks atound the Sonex 'whoops' fittings. The fittings penetrating the fuel cell all appear tight, as well as the threaded connections. Another leak at the filler neck under the vinyl glove/rubber band/silicone tape is not a concern.
