Drill, deburr, rivet port side wing outboard aileron hinge. When assembling aileron to wing, it was supprisingly difficult to mate the inboard and outboard sectons even though the layout was done with scrap hinge segments in place.
Several hinge knuckles at the inboard/outboard section were opened slightly with a small punch to allow pin to pass. Used a drill to encourage pin into hinge.
Concerned about how to pull the interior hinge pin if the aileron needs to be removed.
