Align hinge knuckles and trial fit to enable smooth top hinge alignment. Needs the final 6 inches of engagement. Possible undersized hinge pin. Trial fit and test level alignment of wingtip to judge bottom hinge installation. With an offset of 4-1/6" at 40" the hinge gap is approximately 1/4" too wide.
