Brief Description:  Right Wing Tip Layout

Layout, cut, fitup hinge to right wing tip. Initial drill pattern inline with inboard pattern, redrilled to stagger with inboard rivet patter. Will countersink and use flush AD4 rivets for fiberglass tip, fill #40 holes with lightweight filler.
