Take-apart, reassembly seems easier by Clecoing the tail hole of ribs 2 and 3, assembling overlapping sections with #2 & 3 ribs canted outboard. Then pushing rib forward end into holes with aluminum meter stick from the outboard end. Finish assembly by attaching outboard ribs.
Layout and drilled hinge.
Updrilled all holes except hinge.
Ordered 50 each additional Clecos in 3/32 and 1/8".
