Worked late today so got minimum time at the hangar. Made a point to come out and work nonetheless.
This evening I located the gascolator doubler onto the rear of the firewall and drilled trhe rivet holes and bolt holes for the gascolator. In case you are wondering what a gascolator is think fuel bowl on a tractor. ;-) Sort of. It is an aluminum bowl with a filter that has a drain point on the bottom to remove water. (see pic 2).
Anyway, the doubler goes on the rear of the firewall and the gascolator is bolted to it from the front of the firewall. I'll take some better shots once I get the doubler riveted on and the gascolator mounted with the fuel lines.
