Installed strobe light wiring for left and right wings through existing snap bushing holes in ribs. Installed cable clips to support stobe wire between ribs. Wire ends are not terminated.
Installed auto pilot wire harness into wing conduit. Installed rubber pad on bottom surface of top wing skin to prevent chafing between skin and autopilot servo wire harness. Applied sealant to secure AP harness to rubber pad and to conduit.
Discussed the install with a SportAir instructor (an IA) and he recommended this solution to prevent skin damage from anti-chafe tape.
