When I installed the brake lines running from the cylinders to the fittings for the hard lines, I noticed they would chafe pretty badly. So I attached two layers of baffling material to the lines with a couple of ty-raps. I've got a nice double layer of anti-chafe now and have added a condition inspection item to my list.
