I pulled out the trim assembly and took a picture of it. It's upside down from how it mounts into the aircraft, though. Anyway, I've added some wire linkages that connect the actuator arm to the bottoms of the sticks. Then it's all attached the springs help to center the stick and connect the servo to the flight controls so that it can be trimmed.
The second shot shows the assemblty mounted into the airframe and the wire llinkages connected to the springs which in turn are conected to the bottoms of the sticks. I have to tweak the length of the wire links so get the spring tension just right so that the sticks are centered and balanced.
