Spent time getting a process developed that would allow me to make practice blocks and be able to duplicate the results with the real blocks.
I bought a nice vise from Woodcraft that let me rotate the stock. Between having this axis and the axis of the drill press table, I was able to get the 23deg and 5deg the plans called for.
