With the top bolts through the rear spar I could work on getting the rear spar plumb. I ran a mason's line through two nylon bolts (I drilled thought them head to threads) and cut them off short. I put one in the top rudder hinge and one in the bottom hinge. Cinched the line up and checked the line throught the center.
Pic3 shows that the spar isn't plumb yet, so I started trimming the front spar web (next log).
