Brief Description:  NACA Vents, Center Channel

Been a bad week for airplane building. But,a good week for making money to build my plane. ;-)

Finished up the air vent mounts tonight. Got the final shape for the vent mounts and primed them and installed the nutplates to mount them to the instrument panel.

Also installed the NACA vents into the sides of the fuselage. I riveted them in and installed pro-seal to get a good seal. I'd rather that they don't leak. Also, I temporarily installed CAT duct between the NACA vents and the aluminum eyeball vents.

Installed the fuel line between the selector valve and the electronic fuel pump. This has a funky cork-screw bend in it to keep it off of the floor. I came close to installing fleixble braided line, but got the aluminum line to work. I also ended up re-routing the brake lines and installed two foam support blocks for all three.

I ran some conduit from the spar to the firewall and up. I think that I'll terminate the conduit at the instrument sub-panel. That should give me easy access to wire paths to the wings and tail.
