Worked a few sessions without making any entries. Basically, I've nearly finished both the left and right elevator tip fairings. They're riveted on and have been sanded (no pics, sorry). They both need to be primed and spot filled. The rudder tip fairings are pretty much finished as well. Need primer.
Tonight I spent several hours prepping the horizontal stabilizer fairings (pic 1). In pic 2, there is a shot of the tip just after the layup of glass and foam. Pretty messy. After it gels, I'll trim off the excess and clean it up before it sets fully. The last shot show the alignment of the two fairings before the HS tip layup.
