Brief Description: Rivet HS Rear Spar

Clecoed the Rear spar and reinforcing bars together and then riveted everything together. Riveted the elevator hinge brackets to the spar assembly. Bolted the 411 center bearing assembly to the spar, torqued the nuts, and applied torque seal paint.
