Progress is very slow these days. Vacations and house/yard work are getting in the way. As well, I'm waiting to move into the hangar I bought out a Springbank Airport. The previous owner is renting it back from me until the end of July. Then there will be a fluery of activity as we get the place ready.
I've pretty much completed the cowling. The Oil Door went in very nicely. Thanks to Dave I installed the spring for the Dzus fastener with flush rivets so the door sits nicely against it's frame. Also, I fabricated and glassed in a receptacle for the fancy landing/ACL light and I glassed in the scoop for the oil cooler.
Only minor tweaking during the final fitting now.
