Trimmed flanges off of canopy then centered canopy frame and drilled hole for latch. Clamped canopy to frame and marked 3/16" in front of front bow, along bottom side of the frames square sides (will eventually get cut at top of these tubes) and 1' behind the aft bow. Cut the bubble to fit these marks, sanded edges.
Then re-clamped the canopy to frame and made the "Big cut" forward of the main tube. Once this cut was made canopy seems to have sprung open and takes some effort to get it to close down around the frame. Glueing this is going to get interesting...
