Cut the 130mm holes in the top and bottom cowl. Initially, tried shears but they would have not done a good job. I tried using my harbor freight oscillating tool after watching a video by John Croke. I tried both the half moon cutting fitting and the 3" straight cutting piece. I liked the straight piece better. It made quick plunge cuts and I stayed inside the 130mm line. I finished up with a drum sander on my drill. Worked great. Used blue zip ties to finish up the wires in the firewall forward area. Bundled up the extra EMS wires and tied them off. Also installed a Molex plug on the Vent motor wires. Pulled some #20 rivets around the firewall.
