Sanded the pilot door a bit more. Fit is satisfactory. Decided to install the pilot door gusset. Drilled a 7/8" hole to match the hole in side of fuselage. The gusset is too small for both holes so ended up using a nibbler to shape a half moon for the vent hole. Drilled holes to match existing holes in fuselage and added two more for the sil. Debured, primed and clecoed in place.
