We fit some rubber uchannel material to the top wing pieces to fill the gap. It worked very well. The top wing pieces fit very well and were clecoed. While we were doing this we charged the battery and the Dynon backup battery to full charge. Then we ran the battery test for 45 min. The Dynon battery passed the test and is now fully functional. We looked at the aircraft and made a list of what still needs to be done. It is a very short list. We are going to taxi and condition the brakes more. We may drill new holes on the brake pedal about 1/2" further aft to give us a better mechanical advantage. Right now it looks like we only have about a 1 to 1 ratio while we need at least a 1.6 to 1 ration according to Matco.
