Accomplished three major items. Finished the flaperon rigging and are now satisfied that the flaperon control limits are correct. On the first engine start we noticed that the ECU did not turn on the main fuel pump as we had wired it. The pump should come on for about 6 sec. when the ECU is powered up to provide fuel for start. In our case that was not happening. So we trouble shot the problem and found that the crimps were bad between the relay and two wires from the ECU. This time we connected the wires using solder sleeves and the problem is corrected. Next, decided it was now time to rivet the top skin in place and that was accomplished.
