I went back and recalculated the neutral for flaperons. Then I marked the limits of movement +/- 13 degrees. Marked flaps down of 15 degrees and its + and - 13 degree limits. All of these I marked on the side of the aircraft. I measured the trailing edge of the flaperon nearest the fuselage with the longeron on both sides. I did this in neutral and flaps 15. Both sides checked within 1/4". Next I tightened the control rod bolt and checked again verifying the control stick was vertical.
