Today I cut the hoses that go to the air oil sparator. I clamped the ends with oleker clamps. Cut the scat hoses from the heat muff to the butterfly valve flanges. Cut a groove in the oil temp sensor allen plug that was stripped. Used a large chisel to break it free and remove it. Then installed the oil temp sensor and attached the appropriate wire from the EMS bundle. Next, installed the thermostat plate and torqued the bolt to 22 ft lbs. Attached the Aircraftspecialty oil hoses to the plate and oil cooler. They fit like a dream.
