The last two days worked on replacing the exhaust tube crush washers with new ones supplied by UL. After I ran to Harbor Freight and got some small pics it was relatively simple to pry out the used crush washer. I hung the muffler and then discovered I needed to put the heat muff on it first. After installing the heat muff on the muffler I reinstalled it and attached the hangars and springs. I cut the 1" hole in the right baffle for the cooling hose to the voltage regulator. We looked at the possibility of running the return fuel line over to the pilot side and that will be fine. That way we will have the fuel feed and return lines next to each other and having less fuel line in the cabin. I routed the 8 EMS engine sensor wires to the engine compartment.
