Dean and I trimmed both doors to fit the surface of the fuselage. Quite a bit of sanding and fitting and so forth. Drilled and clecoed both hinges to the sils. Deburred and primed the hinges. Marked the pax door hinge and drilled to size 40. Mounted the door and checked the fit. We were both satisfied with the fit and moved on to the pilot side door. This door required mored trimming with a cutoff wheel and sanding. But it eventually fit perfectly. Will finish it tomorrow.
