Brief Description: Installing the Fiberglass Main Gear Leg Farings
Finally got around to installing the gear leg fairings and the upper main intersection fairings. I've been putting these off. Too busy flying! They weren't too bad. Van's claims you'll gain another 8 mph with just having the gear leg fairings installed. They are exactly right. My TAS went from 161.5 to 169.5. Now on to the main wheel fairings.
For those of you still building, keep pounding those rivets. It is definitely worth it!
