Brief Description: Building the Rudder Skeleton.

Enlarged the hole in the center of the forward flange of R-904 to 3/8. Also, fabricated the R-917 Shim per DWG 7. Also, final drilled the upper holes on the rudder horn, the 4 holes in the aft edge of the rudder horn and the 3 holes on the shim.
