In the last several days, I've spent some time practicing with the bending brake. Today I cut two eight foot blanks, debured them, and then bent them into two eight foot channels. They were then cut to the rough length called for in the plans. Some of these peices will be used in the tail, some in the wings and some in the fuselage. I have about 2 more eight foot peices of this channel to make plus lots more of different sizes.
It took a while for me to figure out the right methods to get the channel the correct deminsions. But, I think that I have it right now.
