Finally got all 46 nose rib flanges knocked over to 90 degrees. And I noted that while fluting that a pair of duck-bill pliers with duct tape applied to the jaws make the perfect tool for tweaking the flange just so.
I was also able to flange a pile of lightening holes as well.
