Brief Description: Flap Nose Rib smoothing and forming
Finished smoothing the Flap Nose Ribs. Also got all 26 flanged on the forming block. Final flanged 3. Noticed that I would have to "tweak" each end of the upper flanges to produce an overall rounding as required by the plans. Otherwise, they are three flat flanges that may not allow the Flap Nose Skin to sit properly on the rib.
Re: Image #1 The rib flanges on the left have not been tweaked whereas the right one has. Note the flat-flat-flat on the left and the right seems to "flow" around the top of the rib.
