Did the final smoothing on the Aileron Nose Ribs. To do the relief hole radius' at the base of the flanges, I wound some 240 grit aluminum oxide sandpaper on a rod smaller than 1/4", taped it to the rod, then chucked it up in my drill press. Made quick work of any remaining machining marks.
Also formed all 16 ribs. The long flange was final formed using seaming pliers and the smaller flanges were able to be pushed over with my thumb and checked with a square. Piece of cake.
