Completed painting and applied two clear coats to rudder and stabilizer/elevator assembly. Greased rudder bearings and bolted on. Fitted 5 pin plug for elevator trim cable, connected position light wiring for rudder light and bolted on HS. Tested wiring and connected control cables using new turnbuckles that use locking clips rather than lock wire. Set tensions to 40lbs for elevator and 22lbs for rudder as per AD ad-ze-2008-1 per Zenair Europe. Also connected pitch autopilot Trio Gold servo to elevator cable and tested.
