Fabricated RH aileron and riveted together. Fitted to wing and balanced. Changed over to hinges to accomadate mass balancing, as got mixed info over whether mass balancing was suitable for hingeless design. I just cut back 25mm from the leading edge of skin, added L angle to the underside of the hinge and riveted together.
