Brief Description: Pylon Skins - Front Cover
|

Fitted & drilled the front Pylon Cover. Stil awaiting some parts to complete this seemingly never ending Pylon Skin section. Need to fabricate the access cover for the RH side, and I am awaiting delivery of the styrofoam to fill the dead spaces. Just checked today, everything I need is "In the mail"!
Also looked ahead and installed the two inertia reels (Section 24)
Had to drill out the main mount holes on each of the two reels,, as the factory hole was about 1/8" undersize to accept the radius of the two AN4 washers.
AND,,
Broke the engine out if it's box today, to get set for the prep work.
Early on, I purchased the Rotax Carb-Heat modificattion kit. After careful consultation with various other Rotax users, I decided to "shelf" theCarb-heat kit, for now.
(Add to that, I really don't like the idea of teeing into coolant lines, any more than absolutely necessary).
