Brief Description:  Aileron Torque Tube

Installed the Aileron Torque Tube.
Added an additional 1/8" shim to the lower bearing block. Utilized longer (AN4-32A) bolts.
I fabricated the extra shim from existing metal stock, using the existing shim as a guide.

Started to assemble the lower bellcrank tie-rod
