Started the install of the Elevator Trim Actuator & position Sensor Rod. Had to stop as there is a discrepancy between the manual directions, and supplied parts: specifically the Trim Slave Arrms.
Directions call for a #40 hole drilled into the Slave Arm, to accept one end of the 1/16" sensoe rod. Trouble is, there is an existing #10 hole, at that exact location.
I am assuming that this larger hole is to accept some sort of bushing for the sensor rod.
Obviously another change that has not made it to the manual and parts inventory.
If I can't get an answer, I have a few ideas of my own to accomplish the same function. One involes using a 3/16" clevis pin, and securing the pin via the 1/16" sensor rod end.
