Brief Description: Cleco'd skin to port Horizontal Stabilizer
Today I ended up with the first assembly that looks recognisably like an aircraft part, when the skin was attached for the first time to the post horizontal stabilizer skeleton.
It went together surprisingly easily, which is testament to Van's CADCAM hole punched kit. Once the main structure, already drilled and cleco'd, had the skin attached, it was possible to use side grip clecos to attach the (as yet) undrilled inboard ribs ready for drilling them in situ.
