I'm just about to post the fruits of a successful few days bac in the saddle, but before I do it's time to provide y excsues as to why this build log keeps taking entering a hiatus!
I plead work; despite the fact that I started to work for myslef in order to get a better work/life balance, and to specifically spend more time on this project, things haven't turned out that way since (on the positive side!) I've been fairly in demand on the professional front.
I also took almost a month off in April this year, but instead of building I instead did lots of Jodel flying, went to South Africa for a bush flying course, and gained a touring motor glider (TMG) rating.
All good stuff, but it's not making inroads into the boxes of aluminiium in the owrkshop. So now it's time for a burst of productivity.
