Brief Description:  Edge rolled rudder leading edge skin

Not much time tonight, but since the next step will be to curve the rudder leading edge skins to complete the aerofoil section, it was time to edge-roll the upper skin so that when the skins overlap they lie essentially aligned with one another once riveted.

Avery Tools' comprehensive toolkit includes an edge-rolling device, which is essentially two nylon wheels on the surface of an aluminium disc. The idea is that you put the wheels either side of the skin edge that you wish to form, and bend it down a small amount - just enough to give it "spring" so that the upper skin doesn't sit proud of the lower skin once fixed in position.

It's not a task to overdo - a slight constant pressure is all that was needed.

I've logged 15 minutes for this, but in reality I doubt it took more than 5.
