Brief Description: Deburr stiffeners & debur/dimple RH rudder skin

Having matchdrilled the skins and stiffenres, now for the deburring chore. The plans caution against overdoing the deburrinbg of the very thin rudder skins, so onlu a single turn of the deburring tool was necessary.
