Brief Description: Racking to hold completed parts
Now that I've completed the Vertical Stabiliser, I need somewhere to store it out of the way.
The same will, of course, be true when I've finished the horizontal stabiliser, as well as the rudder, elevators etc.
A solution is to use twin-slot racking and shelving, with 15mm pipe insulation to protect the components from being scratched or damaged.
Another positive achievement today was to finally get flying again after an enforced winter layoff due to work commitments and an absolutely atrocious extended spell of winter weather. Two trips in the Jodel blew the cobwebs away - stalls in all configurations, steep turns left and right, slow flight and a PFL were effective uses of two trips, totalling exactly an hour.
