Brief Description: Attempted to swing compass

Before final installation of boot cowl I attempted to swing vertical card compass. I was unable to do so. Replaced vertical card compass with a electronic unit. Vertical card compass will go in my Discus B sailplane. (6-13-10 to 7-12-10)
