Finally got back from Christmas vacation and back to work. Watched the Vikings beat Philedelphia while installing nut plates. This is a piece of cake if you have a "nut plate drill". It drills both holes and countersinks all in one pull of the trigger.
I was able to buck most of the rivets, there are however a couple that are unreachable even with my finger. I will have to use pull rivets for these.
NOTE: Install the nut plates on the floor ribs before installing the ribs in the ship. It is much easier to install the nut plates with the ribs sitting on the bench. The cyclic is in the way with the ribs installed in the ship and I can neither drill (with conventional drill) nor use the nut plate drill. I will decide tomorrow if I will pull the rib out or try to use a short drill.
